GREEN COVE SPRINGS – A group of residents and parishioners took a walking tour of the downtown area in conjunction with the upcoming 150-year anniversary of Mt. Zion African Methodist Episcopal Church. The group started at the church, visited August Savage Museum and Mentoring Center (and the old home of Dunbar High) and walked around the Historic Triangle during the annual Vietnam Veterans Observance program. The group then stopped at the Village Improvement Association before returning to the church.
