Mall’s Back to School Jam combines fashion, fun
ORANGE PARK – Hundreds spent the final weekend of the summer school break at the Back to School Jam at the Orange Park Mall. Sponsors of the event gave away 250 bookbags filled with school supplies, while Dillard’s hosted its annual student fashion show. The department store offered participants a 20% discount, and more than 80 used the occasion to strut their new outfits – many bought at a discount. Students also got their faces painted, posed with Barbie, played in a bounce house, wore temporary tattoos, got free stickers, got free balloon animals and served free popcorn.
