Masseuse charged with soliciting two undercover deputies
MIDDLEBURG – A 46-year-old Middleburg masseuse was arrested on April 17 and charged with solicitation to two undercover Clay County Sheriff’s Office deputies at the QQ Message at 430 College Drive.
According to the arrest report, Jinjua Chi offered two men additional services beyond their customary messages. Both agreed to the additional charge but changed their minds and left.
Later that day, agents with CCSO’s Human Trafficking Vice Unit joined a U.S. Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection agent in making the arrest.
Chi’s bond was set at $15,002.
