Mr. Matthew Wayne Rodgers 67 passed away Sunday (June 1, 2025) at Orange Park Medical Center in Orange Park Florida.
He was born in Jacksonville, FL. On September 3, 1958. Graduated Orange Park High School 1976. He worked for Kingsley Service Company working his way up with Operational degrees to Underground Contractor License then becoming Executive Director of Kingsley Service Company. Went to work for Clay County Utility Authority until he retired in 1995.
He is the Son of “Dad” Jimmie R. Rodgers. “Father” James Doris Rodgers. He is survived by Life Partner Dianna Rodgers, Daughter Erica Nicole Minsch, Grandchildren Kara Hope Rodgers, Ashton Wayne Rodgers, Tera Rene’e Minsch.
He is preceded in death by his Mother Jan L. Rodgers, beloved Sister Kimberly Rene’e Rodgers and Son Terrence Wayne Rodgers.
There will be a memorial service held on (Saturday) July 12, 2025 at 2859 Windemere Court Middleburg, FL. 32068 (Home of Jimmy and Debbie Gibson). From 12:00 – 4:00. Family would like you to attend. Please bring pot-luck and picture if you have one.
