ORANGE PARK – HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital announced the opening of a new family medicine practice, HCA Florida Orange Park Family Care.

Orange Park Family Care will provide comprehensive family medicine and internal medicine services to Orange Park and the surrounding areas. Services offered include treatment and care to support the entire family’s health, such as annual physical exams, joint injections, blood work and pediatric care, including vaccines for children.

“HCA Florida Orange Park Family Care will help improve the health and wellness of our community’s families and serve as a vital component to our care network,” said Dr. Nicholas D’Angelo, Family Medicine Physician Orange Park Primary Care and the Graduate Medical Education Family Medicine Program Director. “We look forward to supporting our community with this new resource.”

Orange Park Family Care is a Graduate Medical Education supported practice and will be led by a dedicated partnership of experienced physicians, Dr. Nicholas D’Angelo, Dr. Nilmarie Guzman, Dr. Anjan Parghi and Dr. Marilian Canals-Rivera. Patients will also have the benefit of additional support from a care team of nearly 90 residents. Patients will be cared for by a medical team consisting of a resident physician working under the guidance of an onsite attending physician.
