NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 20th day of March, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-000027 of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein VYSTAR CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF SHARON ECHOLS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, FOR SHARON ECHOLS; J.M. BY AND THROUGH THEIR UNKNOWN PARENT AND GUARDIAN; D.M. BY AND THROUGH THEIR UNKNOWN PARENT AND GUARDIAN; BIG TREE LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AS TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 AS TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants.
