Grindstaff; Debra H. Grindstaff; Sweetbriar Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Longshore Lake Foundation 1, LLC as successor trustee for Clay County Land Trust #04-04-25-007866- 007-08; Terra Mar Property Management, LLC as Trustee of 3789 Blackthorn Court Land Trust; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Kerlaunda Foster; Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Mr. Foster are Defendants, I, Tara S. Green, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com at 10 :00 a.m. at September 11, 2023 on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
