AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-HF1, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HF1 is the Plaintiff, and DIANE MICHALOWSKI A/K/A DIANE L. MICHALOWSKI; SPOONBILL TRAIL LLC; NATIONS LENDING ONE, LLC CLAY COUNTY LAND TRUST; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.
