Notice is given that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 14, 2023, in the above styled civil action of the County Court, in and for CLAY County, Florida, in which SHAUNTINA BANKS is the Defendant, and WILLOWBROOK AT OAKLEAF PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff. The property will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on May 8, 2024, on CLAY County’s Public Auction website: www.clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The property to be sold as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure is more particularly described as:
Lot 77, Willowbrook at Oakleaf Plantation, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 56, Pages 27 through 33, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
