OP Senior Center welcomes spring with 'extravaganza'

Professional entertainer Karim Zabaneh, recently booked by Disney to perform, presented an hour of music. He wowed the crowd. His songs brought sing-alongs, dancing and quiet times for the ballads. Originally from Egypt, Zabaneh has performed with famed Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli.

 Hawaii FYVE-Sno provided snow cones.  Gary Goble, former police chief of Orange Park, now owns the truck with his wife. Most seniors had not had the icy delights since they were children.

There were games outside and Easter egg dyeing on tables in the front of the building. Those who wanted to be kids again enjoyed the nice weather and fun. Topping the day were Easter basket giveaways and a game of Bingo.
