Son of Clay County judge charged with possessing child porn
CLAY COUNTY– Acting on multiple CyberTipline reports, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested the son of a Clay County Judge on Thursday, March 12, and charged him with possessing 15 files of child pornography.
James Reagan Kallaher was taken to the Clay County Jail, where his $225,000 bond was posted in cash later that day.
According to the heavily redacted eight-page affidavit for arrest report, the Clay County Sheriff’s Office was notified by CyberTipline that several times between Nov. 23, 2023, and March 2, 2026, several child sex images were downloaded to an Internet Protocol Address that geolocated to a physical address belonging to Clay County Circuit Judge James E. Kallaher. Because the address belonged to the judge, CCSO turned the case over to FDLE.
On Dec. 15, 2023, FDLE reviewed a file that was downloaded to the account. It confirmed it was Child Sexual Abuse Material, according to the affidavit.
The FDLE obtained a search warrant from a Duval County Judge to see files CyberTipline reported had been downloaded.
On March 2, FDLE agents conducted a search warrant at the residence and found several electronic and storage devices under James Kallaher’s control.
After his arrest, another Clay County Judge ordered young Kallaher not to have contact with anyone younger than 18 while he’s out on bond.

Woman arrested for refusing to feed three dogs, two puppies
MIDDLEBURG – A 33-year-old woman was arrested on Tuesday, March 10, after Animal Services and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office found three dogs and two puppies locked in a cage, covered in fleas and feces that had been denied food for days.
Oshea Lhieanne Bellflower, of Middleburg, was charged with five counts of unlawful abandonment on animals after animal services officers responded to a complaint received via GoGov of possible animal cruelty on Squaw Lane. The complaint said the dogs were “very sick and covered in feces and had no food or water.”
The investigator found the dogs in very poor health, and the occupants of the house said they offered Bellflower dog food, but she refused help, according to the arrest report. The incident report also noted there was leftover food in the refrigerator that could have been fed to the dogs.
Bellflower signed custody of the animals to Animal Services, where, along with Clay Humane, they were treated.
