Georgia woman arrested for using child for sexual performances

GREEN COVE SPRINGS – An investigation by a detective with the Green Cove Springs Police Department led to the arrest of a Georgia woman who was accused to “employ, authorize or induce” a child to engage in a sexual performance, then sending pornography to a child with her cellphone.

Jazuelynn Jade Sisson, 20, was booked into the Clay County Jail on Sept. 2 after she was detained at the Floyd County (Ga.) Jail following her arrest on Aug. 24 as a fugitive from justice.

According to the heavily redacted affidavit for arrest, Sisson is accused of using a child from Green Cove Springs in July for sexual performance and sending pornography to a child. A third charge of using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony was also added.

Her bond was set at $300,009. Her next court date will be on Sept. 29.

TNT Lounge bartender arrested again for serving alcohol to underaged patron

CLAY HILL – For the second time in 13 months, the same bartender at the TNT Lounge and Liquor was arrested for serving alcohol to a minor.

Gracen Brooke Doan, 27, of Middleburg, was charged on Sept. 5 with selling or giving alcohol to someone younger than 21 after a Clay County Sheriff’s Office undercover deputy bought a beer without being carded on Friday, Sept. 4.

The sheriff’s office investigated the bartenders after receiving “multiple” tips from other patrons, according to the arrest report. It was the second time Doan was arrested for serving people younger than 21.

On July 25, 2025, CCSO deputies were called to TNT and responded to the lounge to break up a fight among several boys/men younger than 21. Witnesses told deputies they saw Doan selling drinks to at least six people who were younger than 21. Four of the participants in the fight were arrested for battery.

Deputies then got information about underaged drinking at the bar. An investigation led to Doan’s arrest for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and selling or giving alcohol to anyone younger than 21.

She was given six months of probation and fined $338 for selling alcohol to people younger than 21. The state didn’t prosecute her for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Her bond was set at $2,502. She is scheduled to return to court on Sept. 28.
