CLAY COUNTY – The Paul and Klare Reinhold Foundation’s Leadership Development and Capacity Building Initiative is inviting nonprofit organizations to apply for leadership development and capacity building training programs.
The foundation focuses on strengthening the nonprofit sector by providing leadership and capacity services to Clay County residents.
The following programs are developed and taught by Rollins College Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership.
• Power Pair: Integrating Marketing and Fundraising for Unmatched Impact (one-day class)
• Design Thinking in Action: Innovate, Create and Solve (one-day class)
• Building a Strong Volunteer Program: Policy and Procedures (one-day class)
• Foundations of Volunteer Recruitment and Onboarding (three-hour workshop)
• Recognize, Retain, Evaluate Your Volunteers (three-hour workshop)
• Improv Your Impact (three-hour workshop)
• Thriving Teams: Building a Positive Nonprofit Culture (three-hour workshop)
• Finance and Strategy: How One Informs the Other (three-hour workshop)
• Unlocking the Power of Customer Relationship Management (three-hour workshop)
• Mission-Driven Decision Making (three-hour workshop)
• Clay County Cohort for “Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership” (27 hours to 36 hours)
There is no tuition, and all classes are taught in Clay County. The Reinhold Foundation is covering all training costs.
