After a months-long investigation, Julien Williams and Alexiea Irwin were charged with 14 counts of practicing medicine without a license, one count of criminal use of personal identification information and one count of schemes to defraud, according to the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
They were picked up in Michigan by U.S. Marshals and are awaiting extradition to Clay County.
