WASHINGTON - U.S. Rep. Aaron Bean (FL-04) proudly announced today his partnership with the Green and Gold Star Congressional Aide Program to hire a veteran or Gold Star family member for a position in his Clay County district office. This fellowship honors the service and sacrifice of America’s heroes by offering meaningful employment to those who have worn the uniform — or lost someone who did — in defense of our nation.
The selected Aide will play a vital role in Congressman Bean’s office, assisting constituents with casework and serving as a bridge between Northeast Floridians and federal agencies.
“Our nation owes an unpayable debt to those who’ve served and sacrificed for the freedoms we hold dear,” Bean said. “It’s a privilege to welcome a Green and Gold Star Aide to our team—someone whose life embodies patriotism and resilience. Together, we’ll ensure that the people of Northeast Florida receive the care, support, and respect they’ve earned.”
The Green and Gold Star Congressional Aide Program was established by the House of Representatives to provide employment opportunities for veterans and Gold Star family members.
