Virginia passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness. She was born on the family farm near Hillsboro, Ohio, graduating from Hillsboro High School in 1956, and marrying James Vance Bright in 1957. Together they had three children. The family relocated from Ohio to Orange Park, Florida after James’s passing in 1972.
Virginia was employed by Jax Federal Credit Union prior to retirement. She leaves behind her children Kimberly Bright Salvo, Kevin Bright (Lisa), and Kipling Bright, along with her siblings Ivan Davidson (Linda), James Davidson (Carmelita), and Linda Davidson Stearns (Alex), and her grandchildren Garrett, Kenneth, Emily, and Madison. She will be missed by the extended Bright family, precious nieces and nephews, and dear family friends.
