MIDDLEBURG - Soon, there will be an apartment complex standing tall at 1834 Storage Ave., according to building permits.
Located behind Paul C. Armstrong Park on County Road 220, the new complex, named Pointe Grand Fleming Island, will be home to 312 multi-family units. It's being developed by Hillpointe, a fully-integrated real estate development and investment management firm. According to site plan notes, the complex will feature two-bedroom apartments, garages, a clubhouse, a fitness center and a mail kiosk.
The space was previously occupied by Fleming Island RV and Boat Storage but was sold in 2024.
As of now, there is no completion date available.
