LAKELAND - Middleburg, Fleming Island and Ridgeview all have  a stake in determining the Class 2A weightlifting in both disciplines; Olympics, where Fleming Island has been dominant, and, Traditional, where Middleburg has ruled, but the Ridgeview High Panthers will have a huge opportunity to pull off a Philadelphia Eagles -like upset if all the moons align.

Class 2A arrives and competes on Friday starting at 2 p.m with 1A and 3A set to go on Saturday where Keystone Heights, in 1A, brings a handful of girls in additional to state qualifier Chloe Still from last year.

Oakleaf, in 3A, also has a handful of athletes chasing the dream led by state qualifier Jean De'Mote from last year.
