GREEN COVE SPRINGS – After being gone for 10 years, Badcock Home Furniture & More is back at The Cove Plaza.

The large and beautiful new store is filled with gorgeous furniture of every description – beds, loveseats, sofas, dining tables, coffee tables, end tables, and on and on. This newest collection features soft, neutral colors and clean lines.

Not only did Badcock Furniture just reopen in December 2021, but the store also had the honor of being ranked 17th out of 380 stores nationwide. This is quite an accomplishment for such a new store, and its managers were all pleased. The stores are ranked according to how well they meet their goals each month, how many sales are made, and other factors such as how many people come in and out of the store to look and buy.

Store manager Emily Espinoza was new to sales, and she wasn’t sure she would like it. But she showed apparent talent and did a great job. The store does not have a large staff – they just know how to do more with what they have.

The store’s best-selling furniture brand is called Stanhope Collection. It is a Badcock brand that is a moderately priced collection optimized for being long-lasting yet staying beautiful throughout the years. The use of solid wood is exclusively featured throughout this collection, as well as, of course, upholstery. All types of furniture are included.

Clearance furniture is always brand-new furniture. It may have gotten a small flaw during shipping or handling, but it is always new. There is a clearance room in the back of the store for pieces at reduced prices.

Badcock also sells “appliances, electronics and more.” Here is what some of the “more” stands for: TVs from 32 inches to 86 inches and surround sound systems. There are Xbox consoles and games, Play Station 5 gaming consoles, game systems and speakers, as well as laptops and tablets. There are air conditioners, grills, lawn and garden equipment and generators. Outdoor furniture can be direct-shipped to the customer.

In addition, mattresses, box springs and adjustable bases are available, along with Stanhope sheets and mattress protectors. Plus, there are living room sets with lumbar support, sleeper sofas, daybeds and bunk beds. For appliances, customers can select microwaves, ranges with air fryers on them, refrigerators, washers and dryers

In short, Badcock sells just about anything the modern American family could want.
