MAXVILLE – No Wienermobile, no problem. A family emergency for the driver of the iconic mobile hot dog kept it from making an appearance at Family Farm Fun Day at the Diamond D Ranch, but it didn’t disappoint the children who were marveled by the chance to get snout-to-nose with farm animals like goats, Bison, donkeys, ponies, sheep and cows during the annual event. Children also got to play in a bounce house, take a wagon ride tour with stops to feed animals and try to catch fish. The event also included a chance for families to take a nature walk to explore Florida plants and wildlife.
