KEYSTONE HEIGHTS – A 36-year-old man was arrested after the Clay County Sheriff’s Office’s Internet Crimes Against Children received a cyber tip in September from Homeland Security Investigations that Morgan Riley Tindall, of Keystone Heights, had child pornography on his cellphone.
Investigators charged him with 10 counts of possessing, viewing and controlling depictions of child sexual activity images, which were found in emails on Tindall’s phone after they got search warrants to look into his email and cellphone accounts. The affidavit for an arrest warrant only listed 10 files, but the warrant states, “additional child exploitive files were discovered in reference to this investigation.”
According to the warrant, Tindall is suspected of obtaining the obscene material from Feb. 20, 2021, through Oct. 16, 2023. His bond was set at $1,100,033.
