Early voting starts Friday in Clay County

CLAY COUNTY – Supervisor Chris H. Chambless wanted to remind Clay County voters that early voting for the 2022 General Election will begin on Friday, Oct. 28, and will continue through Saturday, Nov. 5.

All seven early voting sites are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

During early voting, voters can cast their ballot at any of the convenient locations in Clay County:

· Eagle Landing Residence Club, 3975 Eagle Landing Pkwy., Orange Park

· Fleming Island Library, 1895 Town Center Blvd., Fleming Island

· Keystone Heights City Hall, 555 S. Lawrence Blvd., Keystone Heights

· Middleburg Civic Center, 2102 Palmetto St., Middleburg

· Orange Park Library, 2054 Plainfield Ave., Orange Park

· Supervisor of Elections Office, 500 N. Orange Ave., Green Cove Springs

· Thrasher-Horne Conference Room 283 College Dr., Orange Park

Secure ballot intake station “drop boxes” will be located inside each early voting site during these hours only. Please visit EarlyVoteClay.com for locations, directions and current wait times.

The last day to request a vote by mail ballot is Saturday, Oct. 29. Mail ballots must be received in the Elections Office by 7 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 8.
