MIDDLEBURG—Starting Jan. 6, Kelly Arnett will assume the role of Principal at Pinewood Christian Academy (PCA) in Middleburg.
She brings 22 years of education experience at multiple grade levels and a Master of Curriculum and Instruction with a Certification in Administration.
Kelly’s extensive qualifications will significantly benefit the students and teachers at Pinewood Christian Academy and will guide her in her new role.
I believe that the strength and excellence of each school is grounded in developing strong relationships between staff, students, parents and the community,” she said.
Kelly will work alongside Jason Borko, Head of School.
Kelly’s experience across the grade levels will contribute to the continued growth of PCA as a leader in Christian education in Clay County. She has taught at all grade levels from Kindergarten through sixth grade and holds certificates in Educational Leadership, Reading ESE, and ESOL. She has held several advisory and leadership roles throughout her career in education and has hands-on experience in writing curricula.
Kelly’s background in administration will be a great asset to PCA as it continues to grow and expand further into the high school grade levels.
Kelly is committed to upholding the strong Christian foundation in education at Pinewood Christian Academy while providing a high level of teaching and instruction for our students. She will focus on “integrating faith into academics, prioritizing student spiritual development, and leading with servant leadership principles,” all while “upholding our school's core Christian values like integrity, compassion, and service to others.” Kelly’s vision is directly aligned with PCA’s mission, and she is an exceptional addition to the leadership team. Kelly and her family are faithful members of Pinewood Church.
