KEYSTONE HEIGHTS – The Clay County Sheriff’s Office enlisted the help of a confidential informant to make a controlled purchase of methamphetamine in 2023, which led to the arrest of a 42-year-old woman on Sept. 26.
Jullian Kimberly Miranda, of Keystone Heights, was charged with trafficking methamphetamine after CCSO served an active warrant at her home.
According to the affidavit for an arrest warrant, the informant agreed to meet Miranda at a predetermined location. When Miranda arrived, a deputy reached inside her car and “took possession of the suspected methamphetamine. It tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed more than 14 ounces, which constituted the trafficking charge.
Miranda’s bond was set at $150,003.
