THE PUBLIC IS HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Planning Commission of Clay County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, and that the Board of County Commissioners of Clay County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The hearings will be held in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Clay County Administration Building, 477 Houston St, Green Cove Springs, Florida. The proposed ordinance is entitled:

Interested parties may appear at the hearings and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. After the public hearings the Board may take immediate action on the proposed ordinance, or may continue its deliberations to a date, time and place then announced without publishing further notice thereof. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection by the public at the Clay County Planning and Zoning Division, Second Floor of the Clay County Economic Development Services Building, 435 Walburg Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
