Happy 78th Frank!
Clay Today Sports Editor Randy Lefko, left,caught up with Florida Striders running icon Frank Frazier, right, who finished up a run in Oakleaf just after his 78th birthday. With Frazier is running friend Jon Guthrie, he almost iconic status. Frazier, ironically, presented Lefko with the first Frank Frazier Hammer Award for his quick and outstanding return from hip surgery in March.
