CAMP BLANDING – The Clay County Chamber of Commerce ended its season by swearing in its new Board of Directors and announcing its award winners at its annual gala at Camp Blanding. Market Masters’ Phillip Parsons, left, joins Louis L. Huntley Pacesetter Award winner Wendell Davis of PMI Realty and Chamber President Jon Cantrell after Davis received the highest honor bestowed on a member who exudes the traits that are symbolic and reflective of a true visionary in the county. Other awards went to Orange Park Mall General Manager Randy Bowman (Chairman’s Award), attorney David King and Clay County Assistant County Manager Chereese Stewart (President’s Awards), RoofCrafters Roofing’s David Toth (Business Excellence), House of Dazzle Boutique’s Talitha Chestnut (Orange Park Business of the Year), Pura Vida’s Julie Davis (Fleming Island Business of the Year), Florida Homes Realty and Mortgage’s Todd and Debbie Beals (Keystone Heights Business of the Year) and Maggie D’s Ice Cream’s Lori Midell (Middleburg/Oakleaf Business of the Year).
