ORANGE PARK – An Orange Park woman has published her story of divine intervention in the new book Chicken Soup for the Soul: Miracles and Angels.
Orange Park writer, Christian and mother Kelly J. Stigliano’s short story, “The Arms of God” details her experience as a mother struggling to care for her children, juggle bills and her personal health when a chance encounter with what she believes is an angel gives her the strength to continue on.
With a hug, an angel taking the form of a large woman infuses her with energy, love and vitality.
“The love that was infused in me when I was encircled by her arms was affection straight from heaven. It was life transforming and contagious…” she writes.
Chicken Soup for the Soul: Angels and Miracles is a compilation of 101 tales demonstrating prayers answered and miracles performed. Written by different authors, each passage details a different story about angels, messages from heaven and divine intervention.
Books in the Chicken Soup for the Soul collection have sold more than 100 million books nationwide and has been translated into 40 languages.
