A request to amend the Future Land Use Map of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan has been filed with the Town of Orange Park Economic and Community Development Department regarding property located at 2183 Park Avenue between Milwaukee Avenue and Kingsley Avenue. The parcel number is 41-04-26-018940-000-00.
The Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of Orange Park will hold a public hearing regarding this requested amendment on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers, located at the corner of Park Avenue and Kingsley Avenue.
Anyone interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. A sign will be posted on the property concerned for the information of the general public.
