NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 3, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025CA001200, of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and WILLOW REBECCA ELAINA TRAYER; RYAN BAILEY TRAYER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. TARA S. GREEN, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CLAY.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on 21st day of October, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Legal Description of Property
A portion of the East 1/2 of Section of 13, Township 5 South, Range 23 East, Clay County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: For the Point of Reference, commercial at a “Found” concrete monument at the Southeast corner of said Section 13; run thence South 89°25’11” West, along the Southerly line of said Section 13, a distance of 883.26 feet; thence continue South 89°25’11” West, a distance of 1783.03 feet; run thence North 00°27’57” West, a distance of 3864.56 feet; thence North 87°21’40” East, a distance of 539.69 feet to the Point of Beginning for this description.
From the Point of Beginning thus described, continue North 87°21’40” East, a distance of 353.43 feet to a point in the Westerly right of way line of a 60 foot roadway known as Quarter Horse Trail, said point lying in a curve, concave to the Southwest and having a radius of 370.0 feet; run thence Southeasterly a distance of 57.88 feet along the arc of said curve to the point of tangency thereof, said arc being subtended by a chord which bears South 37°39’56” East, 57.82 feet; run thence on a tangent bearing of South 33°11’03” East, a distance of 83.56 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the right, said curve being concave to the Southwest and having a radius of 620.0 feet; run thence Southeasterly a distance of 104.18 feet along the arc of said curve to the point of tangency thereof, said arc being subtended by a chord which bears South 28°22’14” East, 104.18 feet; continuing along said Westerly right of way line of Quarter Horse Trail, run thence on a tangent bearing of South 23°33’24” East, a distance of 269.75 feet to the Northwesterly right of way line of a 60 foot roadway known as Otter Lane; run thence South 58°52’20” West, along said Northwesterly right of way line, a distance of 246.58 feet; departing from said Northwesterly right of way line, run thence North 33° 54’ 35” West, a distance of 681.68 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to a 10 foot drainage easement along the Northerly line of the parcel described herein and along the Southwesterly line of the parcel described herein, said easement lying Southerly and contiguous to said Northerly line, and Northeasterly and contiguous to said Southwesterly line.
