NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered on February 16, 2024 in Case No. 2023-CC-001891 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, in which BECK BUILT LLC, is Plaintiff, and SHARKFIN REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS, LLC is Defendant, I, the Clay County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at: www.clay.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 4th day of April, 2024, the following described real property:
