You are hereby notified pursuant to Sec, 799.16(2), Wis. Stats., that an amended replevin action has been issued to recover the possession of the following described goods and chattels, to-wit:
2011 Victory Motorcycle ID# 5VPSW36NXB3007830
which the plaintiff is entitled to possess, but which you have unlawfully detained.
Now, unless you shall appear in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, located in the courthouse in the City of Jefferson, before the presiding Court Commissioner/Judge on the 21st day of October, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., judgment will be rendered against you for the delivery of said property to plaintiff and for damages for the detention thereof and for costs.
We are attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
