LAKE ASBURY – Clay County officials report that this stretch of Sandridge Road, where a new culvert is being installed, should open on August 10, weather permitting. Since its closure, area residents have been having to detour on other streets for months, much like what happened last year in the wake of Hurricane Irma which blew out the footings of the bridge on County Road 218 near The Ravines.
