• Talmadge Stuckey reluctantly is approved for a 52-unit apartment complex in Green Cove Springs.
• County Property Appraiser Mickey Murray said the county will lose about $400,000 after the state’s Supreme Court strikes down the five-year requirement to qualify for $25,000 homestead exemption.
• The school board decides to call elementary school “C” Ridgeview Elementary.
